What is the purpose of the wisdom literature in the Bible? How are we supposed to read and apply the wisdom literature as Christians today? Join us for an introduction and survey of the Wisdom books of Scripture—Job, Psalms, Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, and Song of Solomon. 

In this 7-week class, we’ll consider the biblical understanding of wisdom, a crucial gift for growing in maturity and living out our purpose as image-bearers of God. Facing a world filled with complexity and mystery, we need wisdom to faithfully exercise Christ-honoring dominion in our lives. In this study, we’ll learn how to read these books and seek wisdom as Christians today.
