Truth in America: Is it Gone Forever? - Part 1

June 20, 2021 • Alex McFarland

Sam Rohrer and Isaac Crockett are joined by guest Alex McFarland (Speaker, Author, and Advocate for Christian Apologetics) to discuss this important topic by going to the heart of the cause and defining the solution.

Truth has always been a mainstay in our nation and every free society. It’s the foundation of justice as pictured at our Supreme Court with Lady Justice. Scales in hand, truth on one side balanced with mercy on the other. It’s the core required of every court witness. Tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. It’s the subject of so many songs important in our nation including the "Battle Hymn of the Republic". So popular during a time of great testing; which says “Glory, Glory Hallelujah, the truth is marching on”.

In America we daily witness on every hand deception, bribery, corruption, injustice, lawlessness, pride and arrogance. Not preached from the pulpits, rejected by the culture, and reinterpreted by the court. Truth is under assault and God hates it.

What’s happened to truth in America? What’s the cause and process for how it has fallen? How did we get here? What are the implications if we don’t change? What can we do about where we are?

Join us as we look at the topic “Truth in America: Is it Gone Forever?”. We hope you’ll find the program challenging and informative.

Blessed is the Man

April 7, 2024 • Sam Rohrer, Isaac Crockett

Psalm 1 is the introductory Psalm to the other 149, the gateway to the entire Psalms.  It is powerful citing two paths in life. One that produces blessedness and life. The other death.  Psalm 1 is for all people of all ages. It speaks to us today.  It identifies what the blessed men does and doesn’t do. It identifies what the blessed man will be like and by application how we can be like the blessed man.  Also, it identifies what the ungodly or evil man is not. It concludes by saying that the Lord knows the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked will perish. Stay tuned as Sam and Isaac consider the important theme, “Blessed is the Man - Psalm 1”.

God’s Word & The Skeptic’s Questions

March 31, 2024 • Sam Rohrer, Isaac Crockett, Guest: Bryan Osborne

Sam Rohrer and Isaac Crockett are joined by guest Bryan Osborne (Answers in Genesis) to discuss this important topic by going to the heart of the cause and defining the solution.\ Ever wonder how old the earth actually is? Is it thousands of years old or hundreds of millions of years old? Ever wonder when Genesis talks about a day if that day is a 24-hour day or a 24-million-year day. Does it make any real difference?  Asking questions is a practice the Lord Jesus did routinely in response to His skeptics with the purpose of exposing their sinister unbelief yet always leading them to the truth. Jesus loved to also answer legitimate questions as posed by His disciples.  In the appropriate fashion and for the right reasons we’ll pose some questions. Not to question God though doubt, but to ask questions to better understand what God has done, said, and who He is.  Join us as we continue to look at the topic “God’s Word & The Skeptic’s Questions”. We hope you’ll find the program challenging and informative.
