Worship led by the Youth. Jesus turns his attention to the Temple. Earlier in the week, Jesus had cleared the Temple, but now he predicted its utter destruction. The people wanted a Messiah, but Jesus preached that it would get worse.
After the arrest of Jesus confusion and fear seized the disciples. Peter’s response becomes a key point in the utter abandonment of Jesus. Though he was passionate, he ended up giving in to his fear.
