In Isaiah 28-35 there is a great warning about the upcoming trials associated with the rule of Hezekiah. The Assyrians are knocking on the door of Jerusalem but are ultimately repelled. God promises there will be a day when all is set right.

This week I will preach on Isaiah 60-63. The main focus will be on Isaiah 61:1-2. These are the words Jesus spoke in a small synagogue in Nazareth. These words got him in trouble. We should think much about how Jesus fulfilled/is fulfilling this prophecy.
