12. 2 Kings. Ruling justly and wisely depends on obeying God’s Word, and disobeying has serious consequences. 1 Kings and 2 Kings narrates Solomon’s kingship, the divided kingdom of Israel and Judah, and God’s judgment of his disobedient people into exile.
