Each 2nd Sunday of the month, we gather in a unique location to practice Sabbath together in community. In June, we will meet at 10:30 AM at Rock Creek Park at the Nature Center and Planetarium. The address is: 5200 Glover Rd NW, Washington, DC 20015.

As part of our time together, we’ll engage in a guided forest bathing experience, facilitated by Whitney Lee, founder of Sunday Grounding——a slow, contemplative walk through the park to help us attune to God’s presence in the natural world.

We’ll incorporate breathing exercises, nature meditations, and journaling, with breaks for reflection and rest. The walk will cover about 2.5 miles at a relaxed pace.
