Do you currently lead a group or have an interest in leading a small group at Crosstowne?

During this small group training on Wednesday January 15th we will be covering the following things:

• Our current expectations for leaders-- (some of this will be a reiteration for seasoned group leaders, as well as new and clarified information to keep everyone on the same page.)

• Logistics of leading a small group-- extremely beneficial for any new interest in leading a group, however also very important for everyone as we will discuss the details on how small groups will look like as we make changes and transitions into the new building.

• Technology and use of our newly upgraded church app and in-app messaging-- we will provide training and clarification on how to best use and take full advantage of the church app to better your small group experiences.

• Open Discussion-- ask all your questions and find out more about leading a group if you have never done so before.

This training is required for ALL current and new interest small group leaders. We want to fully prepare and encourage you for our upcoming spring small group season.

**DINNER AND CHILDCARE WILL BE PROVIDED**
