Encounter will take place at Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort, February 6th through February 8th, 2024. Check in is between 4-6pm on Thursday afternoon with the opening session starting at 7:30pm. Check out will be 11am on Saturday.

Early Bird price for double occupancy is $375. Early Bird pricing ends December 31, 2024. Regular registration price for double occupancy is $425.

A $75 deposit is required to hold your spot.

Price includes two nights hotel accommodation and two continental breakfast and one lunch plus snacks and a swag bag. A Deposit is required to be paid at registration to lock in your spot. The full registration must be paid in full by January 31st.
