We are very excited that your rising "third-completed" sixth-grade child is considering joining us on this epic opportunity for spiritual growth at Foursquare Kids Camp 2025!

Discounts:
(Please contact Pastor Michelle once you have registered to have the discounts applied before paying).
- If your child served at the Spaghetti Dinner: $50 off = $125
- Each Sibling: $25 additional off = $150
- Served at the dinner plus a sibling $75 off = $100
Raffle Tickets: (See the NextGen Table)
Kids can ask their friends and neighbors to purchase raffle tickets, which will go towards 100% of their camp cost.
- Anyone who buys a ticket will be entered into a raffle to win a $250 Amazon gift card.
- Return by June 8th for the drawing on June 15th.
Snack Shack Recommendation: $20

As you fill out the camp registration:
- Allow yourself 20-25 minutes to complete.
- Have your medical and medication information ready before answering the questions.

Arrival and Departure:
Please ensure your child has already eaten breakfast and has a packed lunch. Please arrive at the church on July 28th at 8:00 a.m. The camp is 3 hours and 45 minutes away. We will take a bathroom break before we get there. We plan to return to the church on July 31st between 5:30 and 6 p.m.
WHAT TO BRING / NOT TO BRING
WHAT TO BRING: (Mark your child’s belongings)
Bible, Notebook, Pen or Pencil
- Appropriate Summer Clothing (bring a sweatshirt or jacket for evenings)
- Bathing Suit: Girls are asked to wear a 1-piece swimsuit
- Toiletry items
- Bug Spray /Sunscreen
- Flashlight
- Towels (1 for swimming and 1 for showering)
- Bedding (pillow, sleeping bag or sheets)
- Sneakers, Sandals, Hat
- Flip Flops or water shoes for showering
- Spending Money (for camp store and missions offering)
- Medications (must be in original prescribed containers)
- The district nor the camp leadership will be responsible for stolen or damaged items brought to camp.
WHAT NOT TO BRING
Do Not Bring:
- No weapons
- Fireworks
- Tobacco
- Alcohol, or illegal drugs.
- We encourage no cell phones/electronics, but if brought, they will be collected upon arrival by cabin leaders.
- We will follow the no-phone-policy schedule. Our phones will always be available if the child needs to call home.
MEDICATIONS: (Please read carefully)
- Medications must be in their ORIGINAL containers and should be placed in a ziplock baggie with the camper’s name and church name listed on the bag.
- Please include an instruction card in the baggie as well listing dosage and frequency.
- Please have ONE leader collect ALL the students medications packaged and labeled accordingly.
- Please write on the ziplock bag (with a sharpie) the church, leaders name and number as well as the student’s name.
- Please note that it is not legal for the nurse to give medications out of a medication minder container.
REFUND POLICY
Requests for registration refund or cancellation must be received in writing via email (JVERCELLONO@FOURSQUARE.ORG) by JULY 4, 2025.
- Registrations are non-transferable.
- Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
- No refund available 1 week before camp
If the event is canceled, registration expenses will be refunded. Travel expenses are the attendees’ responsibility and will not be compensated by The Foursquare Church.
