***CONFERENCE HAS BEEN POSTPONED. NEW DATE TBD.*** What would it look like to love Los Angeles with your work? Through the Center for Faith + Work Los Angeles’ mission to support Christians in navigating the integration of Sunday faith and Monday work, we’re excited to help answer this question and more through our 2020 Annual Conference. Featuring Every Moment Holy author Douglas Kaine McKelvey, Mathematician Satyan Devadoss, the De Pree Center’s Michaela O’Donnell Long, and Brian Chung and Bryan Ye-Chung, co-founders of Alabaster Co., the conference will feature a variety of talks, discussion time, worship elements, and workshops all designed to help Christians embody a faithful presence in their work to display a foretaste of the kingdom of God and love their city to life. PROGRAM BENEFITS Participants in the conferences, workshops and courses will gain a theological framework and language by which to discuss the integration of faith and work and become better equipped to live out the transforming nature of the gospel in their vocational lives. IDEAL PARTICIPANTS Any person seeking to better understand the intersection of their faith with their vocations and explore new and enriching ways that work not only matters to God, but is the primary vehicle by which the gospel shapes and influences culture.
