Every school year, there are elementary school students who struggle to get the basic resources they need to be successful. For the month of June, Hope for LA is partnering with CRU Inner City to provide 200 backpacks with supplies for underprivileged students. Details: Pick-up a backpack at SAMOHI at the HFLA table on any of the following Sundays: 6/6, 6/13, 6/20 Drop-off a backpack filled with supplies at SAMOHI on any of the following Sundays: 6/6, 6/13, 6/20, 6/27 Pick-up/Drop-off is also available at the church office on 6/6, 6/13 and 6/20 from 12 noon - 2PM.  Items to include (PCC will provide the backpack): 1 Pencil Pouch or Pencil Box 3 Highlighters 1 Pack Pens 1 Pack of 5 Dividers with tabs (for 3-ring binder) 1 Three-Ring 1.5” Binder A note of encouragement
