- Build on strengths; work around weakness

- Learn to ask, experiment, review & rethink

- Brain science that impacts leadership agility

4 | DESIGN YOUR LEADING WELL PLAN (April 30)

- Use EQ strategies to shape annual plans

- Think big picture; 90-day sprints; next steps

- View your plan as a “working document”

- Review your plan weekly, monthly, quarterly


5 | SHARE PLAN & NEXT STEPS (May 21)

- Share your plans; share feedback to others

- List your cheerleaders, challenger & mentors

- Share 3 learnings from cohort experience

- Share 3 next steps for living into your plan
