This class is a 15-week discipleship course designed to introduce and equip men and women under 45 to lead with biblical conviction and practical understanding. Rooted in scripture and shaped by classic and contemporary Christian leadership resources, each session pairs theological foundations with real-world ministry application. 

This class will differ from other equipping classes in that it is restricted to members of BridgePoint under 45 years of age, and consistent weekly participation will require assigned reading and preparation.
