If you missed our picture days, but you want to be included in the upcoming Pictorial Directory, you must to fill out the form below and attach your own high-resolution file. Forms with pictures must be submitted no later than Sunday, May 18 to be included in the Pictorial Directory.

Guidelines for submitted pictures:

· horizontal/landscape in orientation

· closeup with everyone looking at camera

· simple background that isn't distracting

· no extra people in the photo

· PNG or JPG that is at least 3000 pixels on the long side (and ideally is a 3:2 aspect ratio)

· must have rights/permission to use picture!
