Our free women’s support group for weight control meets from 7:00-8:30pm on Mondays, from March 31 through May 19 here at The Ark Montebello. Gain an appetite for the Lord through the Word of God, prayer, a Word study, and journaling. Learn to control eating habits as we journey together sharing victories, recipes, meal planning, counting calories, and exercise. This is not a diet; it is a journey to a Healthy Lifestyle! Must be 12 years & older to participate.
Men, study Chuck Smith's Living Water with us Monday evenings at 7:00pm at The Ark. We meet for a time of worship, prayer and teaching of God's Word.

Our objective is to reach out, support and encourage our older adults, stirring their gifts through worship, God's Word, prayer and fellowship. Sweets, coffee and water will be provided. We meet at 10:00am here at The Ark, every last Friday of the month. Our 2024 schedule is as follows: 8/30, 9/27, 10/25, 11/22, 12/20.
This group will help with lots of prayer and scriptures to learn the process of grieving with the seasons that will come with lots of emotions and feeling. We will walk the Scriptures with you and how God can use this season of life to be able to help other people with the strength He has given to these who have gone through the experience of death.
