Unwasted Day is an annual one-day conference sponsored by Anchor Church (Virginia Beach) and hosted by Redeemer Church (Chesapeake) to encourage Jesus-followers to not waste their lives. Of course, an unwasted life is made up of thousands of ordinary, but sacred, unwasted days. Both Anchor Church and Redeemer Church are passionate about mobilizing you to live a life full of unwasted days that count for something beyond the grave!

This year’s theme, Understanding Anxiety & Depression: Gospel Hope for the Fearful and Fainting, seeks to help Christians grapple with these challenging human experiences through the lens of God’s Word and a Gospel of grace.

As Jesus’ church, we need to be equipped with God’s truth to understand our own struggles and mobilized with practical, redemptive tools to wisely walk with others in their suffering. But, how do we do this and what will it look like?
