Rescuing Our Children

American public schools continue to churn out graduates who are taught what to think, but not how to think. If you have a child or grandchild please take time to read the articles in this addition of The American Magazine which reveals the breakdown of our government funded public schools, and the common core curriculum they are using to educate your child. Ephesians 6:4 tells us we should bring up our children in the training and admonition of the Lord. The word admonitaion acutually means culture. In other words as Christian parents we are commanded by God to educate our children in the culture of the Lord. Instead we are allowing our children to be sculpted into the culture around them in the public school system which teaches evolution, socialism and supports the LGBT movement. There are other educational sources for your child including Home Schooling and Private Christian Schooling, which allows your child to learn in a Christ-like atomospere where Biblical principles and godly values are taught. Values Education is very important. Public schools do no teach it and if they do it is often wrong. You say you can't afford a private Christian education for your child when the truth is, you can't afford not to give your child a Christian education. Their future literally depends on it! Adolf Hitler said, "He alone, who owns the youth, gains the future."
