Collide is how we go deeper deeper with, pour into, and equip Christ Youth students to lead among their peers here at CC and in their every day lives! In the life of every believer there should be a point where their faith and actions collide.

From 5pm on a Friday evening to 8pm the following Saturday our team of adult leaders and 2 guest speakers will lead students through a series of intentional teachings and hands on learning to prepare them to put their faith into action. Our theme this year is "Good Messengers" and we will look at our call to be messengers of the gospel to those around us. We will see what scripture tells us about evangelism, learn practical ways to share the "good message" to those around us, and then lead an outreach event in our Hilltop community to put it all into practice.

The cost for the retreat is $30.

**Although we will always seek to have fun and engaging activities for students, this is a highly intentional event that will have a greater emphasis on teaching and outreach than other events. Please make sure your student is aware of the expectations and engagement we are seeking though this retreat. Its main goal is to equip and practice. Of course we will be having fun and plenty of breaks and fellowship, but its not the main goal. If you are unsure if your student is ready to engage, please don't hesitate to reach out to Pastor Seth for any clarity needed. **

YOUR STUDENT IS READY FOR THIS EVENT IF:

- They have a capacity to engage in multiple teaching sessions throughout the weekend and participate in the hands-on learning.

- They can promoters of the Gospel of Jesus Christ we will be sharing with those in the Hilltop community on Saturday.

- They are able to respectfully follow the direction of our Pastors, Teachers, and Leaders without pushback.
