In Addition to the Brunch offering, the CT Kitchen will be preparing an AWESOME, but very limited Menu of Special entrees that can be ordered instead of the Brunch Buffet.

Chef AJ and his Culinary team have written an incredible, creative menu with breakfast/lunch options for everyone. There will be exciting items on carving stations and omelet stations, Chia Pudding Parfaits, "TN Eggs Benny”, Pastries, Doughnuts, Breakfast Breads, Composed Salads, and much more! There will even be a separate Brunch Buffet JUST FOR OUR CCC KIDS!
