The Bible is God's personal revelation of Himself to us. One of the most important disciplines we can learn as believers is how to read and understand God's Word. Throughout this class we'll look at 6 hermeneutical tools designed to help us read the Bible carefully and in context, identify core themes and main points, discover Christ in each passage, and respond faithfully in our lives.

We will be using Jon Nielson's book "Understanding God's Word" as the foundation of this class. Links for ordering the book will be included in your confirmation email after registering. You will need to have Chapter 1: Basics of Bible Study read by the start of the class on May 3rd.
