The Cleaning Closet is a ministry of Covenant Baptist Church in Mt. Vernon, MO, which provides hygiene and cleaning supplies for residents of Lawrence County, MO. Distribution day is the 2nd Wednesday of each month, from 5-6 PM, at Covenant Baptist Church, 1350 E Industrial Rd, Mt. Vernon, MO 65712. **ATTENTION** Please fill out the form completely. An application per household must be filled for each month supplies are needed. Supplies will only be given to those who have signed up for that specific month. Apps are due by 4:30 PM, the Tuesday before the second Wednesday of the month you are applying for. Supplies may be limited and items will vary month to month in sizes, quantities, and specific brands. If you provide an email address, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please call the church office (417-466-2139) to ensure that you are signed up. Anyone who fails to pick up their supplies for two months in a row will be dropped from services for 2 months. If you (or the person listed at the bottom of the form to pick your supplies) are unable to pick up your supplies, please make alternative arrangements prior to distribution day by calling the church office (417-466-2139). This will not affect your pick-up status if arrangements are made in advance.
