A Conversation with the Samaritan Woman
March 6, 2022 • Pastor Tim Veenstra, Pastor Dave Engbrecht, Pastor Joe Focht • John 4:15–26
In her conversation with Jesus, the Samaritan woman is brought face-to-face with God and with herself. Jesus had a way of exposing the longing in a person’s soul. He reveals to the Samaritan woman her lostness and His ability to find her. What would it look like if we came face-to-face with God and ourselves today? What kind of worship would flow from that revelation?
Bearing With One Another

The statistics are staggering and dismal. Stress, anxiety, depression, fear, and other related mental and emotional health symptoms are showing up in our everyday lives from small to debilitating ways. We are doing our best to find new and better ways to cope, but often without success. While followers of Jesus are never exempt from these challenges, we have an advantage over those who don’t know Jesus and are led by His Spirit. We also have an opportunity to help others even while in the midst of the same struggles.
Part One- Outrageous Generosity
November 5, 2017 • Pastor Dave Engbrecht, Pastor Joe Focht
It’s an incredible teaching moment. It’s coaching at its best! The wise mentor Paul gives skillful instruction to the young disciple Timothy on living with outrageous generosity. In a society that focuses on accumulation, we are challenged to move towards distribution. Instead of life being all about me, it becomes about sharing with the we. Outrageous generosity is far more than a concept; it is a series of actions based in a culture modeled by Jesus.
