Our First Impressions Team plays a vital role at Watts Bar Community Church. From the moment someone pulls into the parking lot and walks through the doors, this team helps set the tone for their entire experience.

Pastor Kelly is hosting a lunch for all current ushers and greeters, as well as anyone interested in joining the First Impressions Team, to come together, connect, and talk about how we can continue to grow and improve as a team.

During this lunch, we will:

-Share vision for the First Impressions Team

-Talk through practical ways to better welcome, direct, and seat guests

-Help equip and support new volunteers joining the team

-Strengthen how we work together as our church continues to grow
