Attention as Prayer Study

Wednesdays | September 23-November 4, 2026

5:45-6:45 PM | MP rooms, Building A

Attention as Prayer is a six-week study designed to help us learn to notice God’s presence in everyday life.

We will be invited into the practice of holy attention – cultivating an awareness that God is always present. Together, we will explore how attention itself can become prayer.

Each session features a brief teaching video by Estee Valendy, handouts with reflection questions and experiential practices. These guided activities are designed to deepen our ability to recognize and respond to God’s steady, quiet presence. This study offers a gentle invitation to slow down, become attentive, and nurture your relationship with God through the spiritual practice of noticing.

Materials are provided in class | Childcare Available
