Come to our ladies retreat at the Forest Glen Camp in Huntsville, TX for a spiritual time of rejuvenation, fun and fellowship.

- For ages 16 and up

- Cost: $160.00 (payment online through app/website or see Esther Doucette, 231-675-4383)

- Registration and payment due by Sunday, January 26th, 2025. Please have both completed by then.

All meals will be provided by Forest Glen's staff. FOR FOOD ALLERGIES/ SPECIAL DIETS: Please go to https://forestglen.org/food-allergies-and-special-diets/ and complete Forest Glen's form at least 2 weeks before the retreat. Our group name to include on the form is "Shady Acres Baptist Church".

ACTIVITIES:

- Fishing, canoes, paddle boards, archery, BB guns, Tomahawks, Crate Stacking, Rec Sports, Gaga ball, Volleyball, Basketball.

- Bonfires, hammocks, walking trails.

- You are welcome to bring card games and board games.

ARRIVAL

- Check-in begins at 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM. The first meal begins at 6:00 PM.

- Follow directions to Lakeside Cabins with signs for Shady Acres.

- Please do NOT go to Forest Glen's main office.

PACKING CHECKLIST

- Twin bedding/sleeping bag, pillow, Bathroom towel and toiletries

- Bible, journal, pen, water bottle, flashlight

- Sunscreen, insect repellent, light jacket

(Other suggestions: rain gear, fishing equipment, money for camp store)

- Shoes with back straps must be worn on the High Ropes Course and Rockwall.

- Appropriate clothing for services and for activities.
