Lectio Divina is Latin for “Holy Word” or “Divine Reading.” It's a practice that has been used since the 3rd Century that involves repeating a few verses from the bible, listening for a word that gets our attention, then prayerfully holding that word, looking for connections to our life now – and what God is saying to us in it.
