Is it possible to disagree with someone on social media without the conversation devolving into a digital fistfight, replete with name-calling and an exchange of mocking memes to make one’s point? In this presentation, Dan will demonstrate, using a real conversation he had on social media, how to leverage tactics to effectively guide conversations and ask intelligent questions that will cause those who read them to think about why they believe what they believe.
