Rodney Wright and John Begeman from Pure Desire will facilitate a men's event for men & boys age 8 and older. Fathers, singles, married men - all men/young men are invited to attend! The conference runs 8:30-noon with breakfast provided. (Room 112)

Pure Desire Conference will help bring a Christian understanding of sexuality and healing for those who have experienced sexual brokenness, and provide practical tips and knowledge for how to see our God-given sexuality as good and steward it in a God-honoring way.

Rodney is an Advancement Specialist for Pure Desire. He previously served as an ordained minister for over three decades. He has a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies from Bethany Bible College and is a certified Pastoral Sex Addiction Professional (PSAP) through the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP). He is passionate about people understanding they matter. Rodney has done extensive work in pastoral care and bereavement. He and his wife, Traci, co-authored the book: How To Talk With Your Kids About Sex. 

John is the Donor Development Manager for Pure Desire. He has a Bachelor’s in Communication Studies and worked for Josh McDowell Ministry prior to joining Pure Desire. He is passionate about his God-sized dream: speaking out against pornography and changing the way the church sees it. John loves connecting with people who have been impacted by Pure Desire and encouraging them to carry the torch of freedom farther in their local communities.
