We could not be more excited about Child Dedication at Desert Hills! This dedication ceremony is for children ages 0-5. This momentous occasion will takes place each year on Mother's Day.

Here are a few things you can expect:

Each family participating will be introduced as a baby picture is shown to the congregation. After each family has been introduced, our Pastor will speak to the parents and the congregation about what it means to raise your children for the Lord. Our Pastor will then close with a prayer of dedication for each child.

We want to be clear that dedication does not save your child in a spiritual sense, but is rather the beginning of a focused effort to nurture your child’s spiritual development.

Each child that is dedicated will also receive a Bible and certificate of dedication. We want to do our best to make this a memorable day for the entire family!

If you would like to participate, there is a small amount of information we will need to get from you. Please send your child's full name, birth date, and a digital photo by Friday, May 2nd to David.s@deserthills.church.
