Holy Chair Yoga invites you to find mobility in a way that is soft and gentle, but also really supportive and beneficial. This practice invites awareness and integrity into the body, by activating the muscles that help you find length through the spine for better posture and energy flow. This class is great for our senior adults, as well as anyone with mobility issues. This will be a donation-based chair yoga class. Your donations will help to purchase any equipment needed and will help to pay a special instructor who came to us saying she felt God calling her to teach Chair Yoga classes.
Our yoga programs and teachings place emphasis on the complete wellbeing of your body and soul. They are not to be performed, but to be lived. And our Christ-centered yoga philosophy doesn't focus on what you have been, but on the person you are becoming in Christ. Our passion drives our mission by creating space for a life-changing transformation. Through Holy yoga, you will learn and live a life's journey of inspiration, fellowship and spirituality.
Cardio/Strength Training: Adults of all ages and levels of fitness are invited, including members and non-members, to this dance-oriented cardio and strength training class. If you are looking to increase your energy level, work your entire body, increase flexibility, gain strength, improve balance, and have fun, please join us. Music will include Contemporary Christian, Country, Pop, and Salsa. This 50-minute class is geared towards adults of all ages. We will demonstrate higher and lower-impact versions.
