In the PC(USA), confirmation is a process for young people to publicly profess their faith, which serves as their personal reaffirmation of the vows made on their behalf during infant baptism. Through a period of study and discipleship, confirmands learn about the Christian faith, make a personal statement of faith, and decide if they would like to become members of Maxwell Street Presbyterian formally. Our 8th and 9th grade students will begin their Maxwell Street Confirmation Adventure on January 18 at 9:30 in the Johnston Parlor.
