1. To start the night is there anything this week that caused you stress or anxiety? Also, what are some things that personally bring you comfort when you have a very stressful and anxious week?

2. Share some ways you've comforted others in their anxieties and how have others comforted you?

3. Read these passages of scripture together: 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, Psalm 23:4, Hebrews 13:5, Colossians 3:12-14.

- What stands out as you read these passages of scripture?

- What do these passages reveal about God's character?

- From the passage in Colossians, practically what does it mean to "put on love" discuss some examples of what this might look like.

4. Read Psalm 23 together, Does knowing that God is present with you change the way you view your anxiety? How can you walk through your present valley?

5. Discuss the following:

- What does it look like to treat people as people, not projects?

- What are some ways that you can demonstrate empathy to friends in your life who are struggling?

- Talk about some personal examples of how you've seen God answer prayer in your own life and/or the lives of others.

- Is there anyone in your life that has been a safe space to share your fears or anxieties? Share how they have impacted your walk through battles with anxiety.

- How can this community become an even ore Godly support system for one another in walking through these anxieties in our lives?
