Registration for our Summer 2025 Mission Trip to Utah is officially open. If you missed the initial Utah Mission Trip (UMT) email from back in August, next summer, we will be heading out to Salt Lake City to partner with Will Galkin, Gospel Grace Church, and their ministry, Plant Camp Utah. The trip dates are July 27 - August 6, 2025. Depending on travel plans, the trip could start/end one day earlier/later, but we have already made a deposit, and that week is locked in. This trip is for students entering 9th—12th grade. 

Below are some more important details.

**This trip will cost $1,500 per person. This includes the flight, lodging (AirBNB), transportation in Utah (rental vehicles), and food. We want to get this information to you early so your children can begin fundraising. When your children register, they will be provided with a fundraising letter and some guidelines that will help them raise as much as possible. We will also host a group fundraiser at some point that will help alleviate the cost for the students who volunteer at that fundraiser. As always, financial support is available if needed, but we ask participants to put the effort into fundraising as much as possible, and we are providing plenty of time to do so. 

**There is a $100 deposit due at registration. $500 will be due on May 1st, and the remaining balance due by July 1st. 

**Space is limited and will be filled on a first come first serve basis. 

**Requirements for this trip will include a down payment ($100), an application and interview with Brett, some scripture memorization, in-person meetings, regular attendance in Sunday services and youth group, some required reading, and more. 

**This trip will take students out of their comfort zone for all the right reasons. The work we will be doing includes knocking on doors, talking to people about the church, and sharing the Gospel with them (students will be trained on how to do all of this). There is also a physical aspect to this trip that involves multiple late nights followed by early mornings and LOTS of walking in the summer heat. I do not want this to discourage anyone from registering, but it is important to be aware of.

We are excited to see how the Lord will bring this UMT team together and how he will work in and through the team at Plant Camp next year. It will be a great week encountering God's work in Utah, learning to better share the Gospel, advancing God's work with local churches, and learning to live on mission.
