Please use this form to pre-order your Rise City t-shirt!  T-shirts will cost $16 each and be available in sizes Small to 3XL. The form will be open until October 19th.  They should be ready for delivery at the beginning of November.   Once they are in, you will contacted to let you know when to pick up.
