Do You Want Overflow or Overindulgence?

The world offers us overindulgence—eat more, binge more, numb more. Elohim offers overflow—wisdom, discernment, power, and presence. The choice is ours.

Daniel and his friends didn’t just get healthier from their obedience—they received revelation. They were filled with divine wisdom because their vessels were clean, available, and surrendered.

Take some time today to reflect and make two lists:

List the unclean foods you currently struggle to give up.

List any physical or mental health issues you are experiencing—or that are common in your family history.

Next, do a little research to see if there are known links between those unclean foods (including sugar and processed ingredients) and any of the issues on your second list.

Where you see a connection—where unclean food intersects with physical or mental health issues—consider placing a spiritual stop sign.

Because the place where unhealthy food meets health problems is not just a bad habit—it’s a dangerous intersection. And sooner or later, where there's no stop sign, an accident is bound to happen.

Take the opportunity today to stop, evaluate, and change direction—before harm becomes history.
