Light Up The Night

October 31, 2018

Jesus says in Matthew 5:16 ” In the same way, let your light shine in front of others. Then they will see the good things you do. And they will praise your Father who is in heaven.” Light Up The Night is an event intended for us to be the city on a hill that Jesus talks about in the book of Matthew. The theme of the night comes from Jesus referring to Himself as the light in John 9:5. He says, “While I am in the world, I am the light of the world.” We understand that kids want to dress up and have a good time on October 31st, and Fellowship Bible Church wants to encourage that! We invite you to be a light in your community this Halloween opening up your yard (or partnering with another family) to provide a fun, safe, and inviting place for your community to enjoy. Halloween is portrayed as a dark holiday, but you have an opportunity to light it up in your community on Saturday, October 31st. Need some inspiration or supplies? Stop by our table in the lobby at Fellowship! Live out in the middle of nowhere? Partner with a family or friend who doesn't! You can find someone to partner with in the lobby.

Membership Class

January 19, 2019 at 9:00am

Does it really matter if I’m a member or not? Why do I have to take a class even to become a member? Why do I have to sign anything? You may have asked these questions about our membership process, skeptical as to why there seem to be so many “hoops” to jump through. It’s true. We take membership seriously and with a lot of gravity. Committing yourself to a body of believers is weighty. But it’s also wonderful. When Fellowship Bible Church Members join, they commit to a spiritual family that provides encouragement and support. They are called to a biblical degree of responsibility, service, and sacrifice to their brothers and sisters. Our elders and leaders also pledge to assist our members with care, counsel, prayer, and teaching.
