Dear Lord, I make it my New Years Resolution to fight, resist and flee temptations. I will persevere, trust, and obey in test and trials, and remain joyful in all situations.

Give me your power, strength and Spirit to accomplish my resolutions and the grace to get back up if and when I fail.
