Pure motives produce God's purposes in our lives. When we operate from selfish motives then God is not glorified.
To have unity we must walk in peace with one another.
We as the church must make allowances for each other's faults. We must embrace the process of change with humility and love.
Without humility there can be no unity.
God is a jealous God. When we are selfish and jealous with others it reveals that something else has taken His place.
You can't have unity with selfish ambition. We must choose unity and crush selfishness through Jesus.
Jesus has pursued unity with us first. Obedience is the key that reveals our response to that unity.
To have unity we must first understand that Jesus pursued unity with us first.
