Jesus was often misunderstood. So many times when we read the Scriptures, we hear what we want to hear and not always necessarily what he was saying. Sometimes we flat out just skim over the things that we don’t like. But Jesus defies all the nice, neat little boxes we try to put him and his teachings in.
