Remember the Warning… Enjoy the Journey Part 2

Jude 1:12-21

February 6, 2024 • Pastor Bill Gehm

As Pastor Bill will illustrate in today’s message, when you go skydiving for the first time, you go with an experienced skydiver. You’re strapped to them and you have to trust in and submit to their knowledge and experience. That’s the kind of faith we need to have in Jesus. When we step out into what He’s calling us to, it may be every bit as scary as taking that step out of an airplane. So many things could go wrong - and they really might - but Jesus has a purpose and He’ll bring you in for a safe landing.

Sovereignty and Grace The Perfect Place to Rest Part 3

February 26, 2024 • Pastor Bill Gehm

Have you ever experienced a time in your life when you literally thought that there couldn’t be anything worse? At those times we become desperate for something to come in and change our situation, but often times what God is doing is not changing our situation so we can handle it, but changing us so we can handle the situation. In today’s message, Pastor Bill reminds us that God's Sovereignty and Grace have no end. Just when we think that things couldn’t get worse, He reminds us that He is always in control.

Have you ever found yourself at a crossroads in life? I don’t know about you, but almost 100% of the time I find myself in that situation, the Lord begins doing a drastic thing in my life. Because of this, sometimes as believers, we simply need to sit still, get in His Word, and pray. In today’s message, Pastor Bill reminds us that there is nobody beyond the sovereignty and grace of God. No matter how “good” of a Christian we may think we are, we will always face hard times and need to turn to the Father.

Sovereignty and Grace The Perfect Place to Rest Part 1

Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you felt as if you deserved something for doing good? I know for me, it’s easy to “expect” God to bless me when I am tithing more than enough, helping people, or anything of that nature. In today’s message, Pastor Bill is going to remind us that actually… we don’t deserve anything, and if we do deserve something - it’s death! You see, the Gospel doesn’t say that because we do this, we get that, but that because HE died, we have LIFE!
