God declares the end from the beginning, and calls those things that be not as though they are (Isaiah 46:10 and Romans 4:17). God puts the manifestation of His heart’s desire in the past tense when He speaks. He says what He wants as though it has already happened.

When the will of God is not being done, take God’s Word and speak it against the problem or circumstances. Speak the final, desired outcome as a present fact (call those things that don’t exist as though they already do). God fully expects us to say, confess, affirm, declare, decree, and speak what He said. We agree with God by agreeing with His Word to get His results!
