This week we hear a message from the book of Esther about Haman and his pride that led to his ultimate downfall. Haman’s pride is a reflection of our desire for acceptance which shapes our identity. Pastor David challenges us to humble ourselves and find our identity in the One who is worthy.

We try so hard to cover up our nakedness with titles, fame, vanity, and glory. In the end, we are just covering ourselves in vain with fig leaves, as did Adam and Eve.
