Subsplash, a Seattle-based SaaS company and leader in mobile technology, announced today that mission-driven tech executive Thomas Osborn has joined the company as Chief Operations Officer. Osborn comes to Subsplash from Pathwright, a learning-management SaaS company in the church technology ecosystem, where he served as COO. During his tenure at Pathwright, he led the company to double in size and expanded its enterprise platform.

Osborn brings 20+ years of experience in church tech, banking/financial services, and management consulting to the Subsplash team. His leadership and expertise have been developed throughout his professional career at companies including Pathwright, Faithlife, JP Morgan Chase, and Deloitte Consulting. Osborn holds an MBA from the University of Illinois and serves as an ambassador at Pathwright. He is also a co-founder of Symporus and founding member of AI & Faith, two companies that seek to empower faith through technology.

At Subsplash, Osborn will oversee and guide various teams including People Operations, Project Management, and Platform Support with expertise in operations, strategy, and technology leadership.
