Genesis 37:1-2 1 Jacob lived in the land of his father���s sojournings, in the land of Canaan. 2 These are the generations of Jacob.Jacob���s father was Isaac. Isaac���s father was Abraham.
God had promised to give to them the very land they were a stranger in. What kept them living like strangers in the land that was theirs by the promise of God?
