5 years ago authors David Kinnamon and Gabe Lyons spent three years polling young, unchurched Americans to find out what they thought about Christians. Millions of young people, they discovered, see Jesus' followers as judgmental, hypocritical, anti-homosexual, too political, old-fashioned, out of touch, insensitive, and boring… - Those aren’t the same characteristics that come to mind when we think of Jesus. And, we are called to walk as he did! We are supposed to put His light in dark places, and we aren’t accomplishing that if these are the same characteristics flowing out of us. - So this series is going to challenge us to look at the very words that Jesus spoke, and then apply them to our lives!
