What is Biblical Patience? In both the Old and New Testaments, the word commonly translated "Patience" also carries the heaviness of long- suffering, extended grief, and protracted pain. But the fruit of patience is having faith through the Holy Spirit, holding up yourself or another person, or a situation in hope and trust.
