“One Dark & Stormy Night”

December 27, 2015 • Pastor Sean Jamieson

We just finished celebrating Jesus Christ’s entrance into humanity on one dark and starry night, and that’s where it all began, but I want to encourage you today that He moved in power on one dark and STORMY night and He promises to continue to move in the dark and stormy nights of your life again, and again, and again.

Behold HIS Glory -GOD is Love

December 20, 2015 • Pastor Steve Purdue

“Silent Night”, the lyrics were written as a poem by Josef Mohr an assistant pastor of a Christian Church in a small village near Salzburg, Austria in 1818. The words to the poem were inspired as Josef contemplated the night King Jesus was born. Seeking to ‘get the story straight’, we too have been contemplating this Babe born in a feeding trough, who is the Bread of Life for the entire world. As John states: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. John 1:1,14 NKJV Those that encountered Jesus Christ when He walked the earth and those that encounter Him now marvel at His Glory as we experience His Faithfulness, His Goodness and His Love.

Behold His Glory: Jesus, Full of Grace & Truth

November 29, 2015 • Pastor Sean Jamieson

As we step into this Christmas season, I'm reminded that we live in a place that celebrates the holidays but often misses the real reason for the season. It's my prayer that during this time especially, our lives would not be void of the presence of God but rather, we would "Behold His Glory" and see the true character of Christ revealed in our everyday lives.

Well pleasing to God. Can that be said about you? What is God well pleased with? Our Father God has given all for us, giving His only Son, providing for our every need and preparing eternity for us to enjoy with Him. He so loves you and me and nothing can separate us from His great love. His sacrifice, His provision, His love calls out to you and me to respond with loving Him with all we have, living a life well pleasing to Him. So what pleases Him?

October 11, 2015 • Pastor Sean Jamieson

Times are tough. The world around us seems to be collapsing. Our future is filled with uncertainty. How do we know the will of God? The Apostle Paul lays out a plan for us to follow here in the book of Romans. It is imperative for us to not only take notice, but also respond in obedience, if we are to keep ourselves free of the traps from the enemy and live as light and hope to a dark and dying world.
