“One Dark & Stormy Night”

December 27, 2015 • Pastor Sean Jamieson

We just finished celebrating Jesus Christ’s entrance into humanity on one dark and starry night, and that’s where it all began, but I want to encourage you today that He moved in power on one dark and STORMY night and He promises to continue to move in the dark and stormy nights of your life again, and again, and again.

Behold HIS Glory -GOD is Love

“Silent Night”, the lyrics were written as a poem by Josef Mohr an assistant pastor of a Christian Church in a small village near Salzburg, Austria in 1818. The words to the poem were inspired as Josef contemplated the night King Jesus was born. Seeking to ‘get the story straight’, we too have been contemplating this Babe born in a feeding trough, who is the Bread of Life for the entire world. As John states: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. John 1:1,14 NKJV Those that encountered Jesus Christ when He walked the earth and those that encounter Him now marvel at His Glory as we experience His Faithfulness, His Goodness and His Love.
