In the Book of Second Peter, the Apostle Peter is going to teach about the dangers of false teachers. But, first, he presents some of the incredible spiritual riches we have as Christians (found in verses one through four). Then he talks about our response to these riches (found in verses five through eleven). Specifically, God has given us His divine power for life and godliness. This is a truth that all Christians need to meditate on.

The Great Flood

Peter takes his audience back to the creation and flood in order to demonstrate that God has intervened in history and He will again. We will look at some evidence for the flood and the truth this teaches us as Christians.

Danger Ahead

As we continue studying the book of 2 Peter, he warns us against the dangers of false teachers who are intent on derailing our spiritual walk. In this message, we will glean from Peter’s concern for the Church and observe four warning signs that will help us avoid false teachers and stay on the path of righteousness.
