Never Give Up

As we continue in our summer midweek service centered on maturity, Pastor Adrian teaches on never giving up. As mature believers, we must not allow ourselves to quit on situations and relationships. Our greatest example was obviously Jesus as he encountered the toughest situation in history, in the garden just before his crucifixion. We learn that in the toughest situations we must lean in to God.

As we continue in our midweek series lookin to help believers mature in their faith, we have a guest pastor, Ben Kampfer from Downtown Community Church, speaking about communication as it relates to sharing the gospel. Pastor Ben teaches on the biggest hinderance of people sharing their faith is because they are insecure. A great way to combat the insecurity is being sure of why you believe what you believe.

Responsibility

As we continue in our summer series highlighting what it means to be a mature Christian, Pastor Adrian speaks to us about personal responsibility. He teaches us that true personal responsibility viewed through the lens of the gospel looks very different than personal responsibility trumpeted in our culture. Pastor Adrian also weaves in how the church and mature believers must take up the responsibility to usher in a new time period of race relations that does not overlook issues or abdicates the role that God has called us to play.

Stewardship

As we continue in our midweek services, focusing on maturing as believers, Dave Plettl teaches on stewardship. He focuses on teaching that we all have gifts, that we should use those gifts to serve others, that we are stewards and not owners of the gifts and that ulitmately the gifts are used to glorify God.

Character: More Wins than Loses

As we begin our summer midweek service that is themed on maturity, Pastor Adrian speaks about what the character that a Christian should walk in maturity. He speaks on making sure that believers will have more wins than losses in their lives.
